Who is Decafit® for?

Since our approach to fitness is completely customised to individual needs, our doors are open to everyone.

We’ve had clients as young as 8yrs, and recently had a client who, at 61, decided to train for the first time. She loved it! You can read her testimonial here.

We’ve helped corporate professionals who wanted to lose weight, professional athletes who wanted to build strength, and the whole range in between. (One client came with a very specific goal: she wanted to be able to change the 20-liter water canister in her kitchen without any help. She succeeded in a month.)
